WM 10 Doesn't Display Time on Lock Screen

I recently upgraded my Lumia 635 to windows mobile 10. The first thing I noticed is that the lock screen no longer displays the date/time. I suspect this might have something to do with the fact I don't have cellular service with this device, however on the previous WM version it displayed the date/time without issue.

Any ideas? I know this is a preview build and not final, but I didn't know if there was a setting or something that I was missing.

Got it on an 820, it sometimes does that to me, taking a couple moments (or more) before displaying the time and such.

I tried sitting on the lock screen for a minute to see if it would eventuality show up, but no luck. I'm leaning towards the idea that my lack of cellular service is causing this bug. What makes it even more strange is that it will show up in the preview screen in the settings page but not on the actual lock screen.

I'm hoping that it's simply a bug and a future build will fix this issue.

of course its just a bug!

it has nothing to do with cell service, I don't have it either in my 820 most of the time.

it'll show up in the preview because its supposed to be like that.

As a follow up, upgrading from WM 10166 to 10586.11 fixed this issue.
I made the mistake of doing that Slow Ring build a few weeks ago, it was SOOOO bad.
Doing the 10586 now though, should be good!
