Lumia 920 no longer charges via USB

For the past few days, my Lumia 920 running the latest insider build will not charge on a USB charger. I've used a couple different ones. It will charge via a wireless charger. Right now, when I go into Battery Saver, I see '(plugged in, not charging)'.

Is this a hardware thing? Or have others seen this on the 920 with this build?

I tried blowing out the connector, still no good. I plug it in, it says 'charging', then says 'plugged in, not charging'.

Seriously, a build can't affect usb wiring or compoments. First, plug in usb charger and check charging time by time. If not, send it to a repair center

I just wanted to make sure this wasn't some sort of bug that mis-reported battery state.

With this knowledge, I can tell my wife I NEED a new 950.
