Adding songs to a playlist

I just figured out a way to add songs to a playlist from the phone. It seems overly complicated. Does anyone know an easier way?

I started playing the playlist itself, then followed the instructions for creating a new playlist and added songs to now playing. When I clicked on the history and my playlist that is now playing, I chose the option to create a playlist and named it the same name. I then got on option to replace the existing playlist.

Seems like too many steps, but it was easier than starting from scratch.

I create my playlists in Zune on the desktop, then just sync them over.

that's a pretty good idea, but yeah too many steps, I do wish we could add songs to playlists on the phone itself in a simply fashion
