GPS says in Akron OH until reboot?

wife's lumia 900 has the same issue with location and 4th and mayor. pinpoint to akron first merrit bank center.

Akron OH GPS Problem

I'm seeing the same problem as everyone else. Whether I'm on Wi-Fi or not, whether i've toggled services, or rebooted the phone ? my GPS always locates me in Akron OH.

I'm on a Nokia Lumia 900.

Blergh.

I don't think your WiFi has anything to do with it, if I'm in an LTE zone it happens to me, started in Orlando for me this past weekend, I'm back in Miami & its the same deal while on LTE

I wish we could add a poll to this to see if it's LTE causing it. I know I was with 3 iPhones which weren't affected because they don't have LTE.

I've had the same issue since Friday night, in Chicago on my 900. Spent a bit of time yesterday trying to figure it out. From what I've gathered it seems to be an AT&T aGPS/location services issue. I've been able to remove the problem by turning off AT&T data (LTE), clearing map history, and using wifi. It's also fine when I'm outside and can get a GPS signal. As soon as I start using AT&T location services, all location-aware apps put me in Akron at 249 Firstmerit Circle. There are couple different threads for this issue on Nokia Support, and a rep said they would be looking into it. Hope this gets figured out quickly.

Did a reboot and now it's saying Chicago

Same here in Orlando, indoors and out. It started on Saturday (6/16). I haven't paid much attention to my LTE status, but I'm usually on it. It eventually resolves to my real location after 10 minutes or so.
