Problems with my HTC Titan II...

Where can I start...
- Shuts itself down at any moment.
- lags
- the screen freezes
- the battery shows 80% charge when it's full
- the keyboard sometimes write double letters when I clicked once
- keyboard wont go up when I click on text boxes
and many minor problems...

The phone is in perfect condition, never dropped, no dust inside and not a single scratch...

Have you tried a reset? Shouldn't that phone be under warranty still? Maybe you could get it replaced.

I did a reset, but someone told me that it might be the hardware... so I'll wait for WP8 devices and ask a reduction on a new phone.

Unusual list of issues. Some hardware/some software. Just to confirm, you did try a "hard reset", restoring to factory fresh? Did the problems start all at once, or was it a progressive thing?
