Why can't this Android user receive my picture messages

My husband has HTC Evo on Sprint. Everytime I send him an MMS, he cant get them. There's no problem with his phone, as he receives mms from others with no problem. My phone is working fine. I've sent sever pictures to my other Lumia 900 and some other individuals who have received them without problems. Any idea what this could be or how to fix this?
