Problems with WP8.1

Store is not opening, battery percentage is not showing in the start screen, Wifi in the quick settings is a shortcut!! What the hell:eck:

all apps and maps must update after update to 8.1 and phone this do silently in background... this can be long if you have a lot apps and maps... on my Lumia 920 this take more than half hour for that....

I deleted most of the apps before updating,so cannot download any as store is not opening
