Internet Sharing... "error" or feature?

My tablet can connect to my phone without me touching the phone, turning on internet sharing, or putting in the password onto my tablet.

I'm going to try on another's phone, but this is weird behavior, but also cool. Any input?

It is a feature. If you have ever connected the two devices via Bluetooth the tablet should be able to see the Phone under networks and be able to turn on tethering with ease. I just tried this with my Icon and Surface Pro 3. works great. Thanks for reminding me about this!

Definitely an awesome feature! This is the kind of benefit that Microsoft needs to be touting for users that use multiple devices within the Windows ecosystem.
