Can't Access my Microsoft Account 8.1 lumia 520

Yesterday I updated my phone to 8.1 and since then I can not access my Microsoft account
what to do??

Make sure u are connected on internet. Or make a hard reset. Im running 8.1 dp and everything works fine.

Make sure the date and time on your phone are correct.

Try to disable 2 step authentication in your Hotmail/outlook account settings.
I had the same problem when i changed to a new phone recently. i was unable to sign on using my credentials.
Once you successfully log on on to your phone, change back to 2 step authentication .

Or alternatively try and log into the Microsoft account on your phone with an authorized app password that you can setup on your email page. Will acheive the same as above also.

I can not update whatsaap and skype because ask me enter password and save and not accept the password although this mail and password is OK in computer
