Phone update issue!!

So now that the cyan is available in India,i checked for the update in my phone using mobile date,it said available and asked me do u want to download using mobile data,i clicked yes and it asked that a 5MB software will first download ,i clicked yes and then nothing happened and my download is stuck at 0%,now tell me what should i do?(i don't hv any wireless fidelity)

You will need WiFi for the update. Are there any cafes that have WiFi?

Not that i know of,but i will find one or i ll buy a wifi modem....thanks
