I am getting really frustrated with this issue.
On the official cyan update through o2 bluetooth kills my phone.
I have reported to o2 twice.
Last time I was told I need to report the problem to Microsoft.
I have already done that through online chat.
I started a thread in Microsoft community forum. That's not been helpful.
If I go through Microsoft support on Microsoft website , I have to jump through hoops and none of the questions are relevant to my problem.
I am back using wp 8 ,the person on online chat helped me with that. So phone working again but now I find I can't download the wunderlist app because it is for windows 8.1.
So I'm left with a phone that can't be updated because the update kills the phone and I have no way to let Microsoft
aware of this problem.
