I've seen a lot of debating concerning switching apps with a gesture. Every time though (that I've seen thus far) it's people debating whether or not swiping from the left or right bezels is the way to do it.
But what about swiping up from the start button itself into the screen? Perhaps the function could be expanded to swiping up from the bank button to close an app and up from the search button could be a custom function? I for one think swiping from the sides would break apps that already use that gesture.
Do you guys think it's possible for pressing and swiping up from the capacitive/onscreen navigation buttons to be a feature in the future on existing devices? is it a good idea?
