WebEx App & Joining Telco (using Phone App)

Has anyone been able to join an WebEx conference and simultaneously dial into Voice Conf using an PSTN number (not using the WebEx Voice conf) via default "Phone" App.

After you join an WebEx conference, use the default "Phone" App to call voice conference, once you dial into voice conference, you would notice flash message on top which says "Tap to Switch" to WebEx App, once you switch to WebEx App, the "Phone" App says "ON HOLD", so at any point of time either you can hear or view the presentation.

Is there an option or some setting, that ensures we can hear and also view the presentation in WebEx?
