Why can't I installed my app from Install Local app.?

I can't installed my app from "Install Local app".

I downloaded my app .xap file in SD card and after inserting my card from "install local apps" option i tried to install apps. But it showing pending status....!! its not installing the app.

You have to be connected to wifi otherwise install will not work.
