Why isn't my Live mail syncing?

Live mail not syncing

Hoping someone can help me.
While my 920 receives new e-mail to my Live account and syncs those fine, what it struggles with is if I delete e-mails from my Live account on PC. They still remain on my phone, even if I force sync.

Anyone else have/had this issue? Is there a fix?

When you say PC do you mean using a email client or using the web service via a browser?
 
This is an odd one, is your live account your MS account?

If not try re-adding it and if it is try ticking email sync off under email+account -> saving the change -> soft reset -> send an email to yourself -> force sync -> delete the received email -> force sync and see if that works?

Or enable auto sync after deleting the email and see what happens.

If the above doesn't work then you have two options, create an alias address for your MS account and make that into a primary that may help otherwise you will most likely need a hard reset.
