    Currently my phone is set to English, the keyboard is set to English + another language. The regional settings is also a mix. I don't agree with the number representation of my home country for example. Windows 7 lets you edit all of those regional settings so that it matches your taste completely. However, WP8.1 forces you use the same regional settings all over otherwise some programs won't work correctly.

    When is Microsoft going to learn that a country can also consist of foreigners. I know you giant companies love globalization so much why don't you play along with it then.
