Can I get some help with a problem downloading/updating apps from Microsoft store (Lumia 730 DS, WP 8.1 latest)?

Problem downloading/updating apps from microsoft store (Lumia 730 DS, WP 8.1 latest)

Hi All,

I have Lumia 730 DS mobile and from last 2-3 days I am observing strange issue.
My app store shows there are 4 apps needs to be updated but when I try to update it it shows only pending status.
Tried with wifi as well as mobile data connection but no success.

Is it some problem with my device?
Please help.

Does a new app install correctly?
if yes, move the apps to Phone memory/SD card (either).
Or download the appx/xaps manually and install locally.
if this don't work remove the old install and do a fresh install.
If this is not viable, try a soft reset.

I tried to install fresh app but no success..
It shows status pending only....

Settings > Date+Time > Switch off automatic update of date and time.
Restart phone.
Try after this.
