Does anyone know why games perform better on the HTC M8 vs the Lumia Icon? I tried Modern Combat 5 (after the most recent update). The lag is so bad that I uninstalled it. It used to run ok (little lag) but now it is unplayable.
I downloaded and played it on an HTC M8 (in a Verizon Store) and I wish I knew someone to trade with an M8 for because Modern Combat 5 played just fine on that. Perhaps I have a defective phone, but I've seen similar reports from other ppl. Is it because of the Puremotion screen as to why this game would lag worse on the Icon (especially multiplayer)?
Another theory I had was because the M8 has Update 2, which could improve on graphics?
