I make live webcasts to my media customers and I was wondering how I can get live stream to work with Windows phones. It seems that Windows phone does not support live stream with H264?

Script example below works with iPhone, Android and Samsung, but not with Nokia:(All the streaming addresses is changed for my security reasons)

<video class="html5videoplayer" width="640" height="360" autoplay controls poster="">
<source src="http://rrr.rs.ppcdn.com/?account=myAccount&file=myLiveStream&type=live&service=wowza&protocol=http&output=playlist.m3u8" type="video/mp4"></source>
</video>

My Wowza Media Server supports smooth streaming ( example script below) and works with table PC with IE browser and Silver light plug-in, but all tests I have done with Nokia Windows phone IE 9 - 10 mobile is not working.(All the streaming addresses is changed for my security reasons)

<div id="silverlightControlHost" style="text-align:center">
<object data="data:application/x-silverlight-2," type="application/x-silverlight-2" width="800" height="480">
<param name="source" value="embed/HelnixLavaPlayerV3_9.xap"/>
<param name="onError" value="onSilverlightError" />
<param name="background" value="black" />
<param name="initparams" value="Height = 480 ,Width = 800,srcfile = HugeDomains.com - PpcDn.com is for Sale (Ppc Dn) ,srcname = ,srcinfo = ,srcimage = ,videolist=,autostart = true ,stretch = Uniform,repeat = false,mute = false ,HideVideolistButton = true,HideVideoInfoButton = true,volume = 5 ,isSmoothStream=true" />
<param name="minRuntimeVersion" value="3.0.40624.0" />
<param name="autoUpgrade" value="true" />
<a href="http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkID=149156&v=3.0.40624.0" style="text-decoration:none">
<img src="http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkId=108181" alt="Get Microsoft Silverlight" style="border-style:none"/>
</a>
</object>
<iframe id="_sl_historyFrame" style="visibility:hidden;height:0px;width:0px;border:0px"></iframe>
</div>

Is there any guru here who could guide me forward and what kind of player I should have to make live streaming to work with Windows phones, also after all is it possible or not?
