I've tried most of the keyboards using Latin script on this phone but none of them contains this letter. I even created a OneNote page for it. So where can I find it? Or does this letter exist in the keyboard at all?

I am not using Latin script, so I can't test this, but some keys you can press and hold for more options... Might be that a press and hold of "q" would make a flyout with "ǫ"? Or maybe some other key?

For example, with keyboard set to "English (United States)", I can...
press and hold "c" to get "" and ""
press and hold "m" to get "M" and ""

Here is a screenshot of what I get when I press and hold the "u" key...

Hi, I've used Onenote to list all the special characters available from the standard UK keyboard on Windows Phone. The leftmost is the key you have to hold in either UPPER or lower case, including the full stop at the bottom.

    I hope this helps.
