Does anyone know how many apps you have to install before the 'alphabetical index' activates on a Windows Phone 8?

I've been wondering what triggers it.. When I first got my phone it didn't have the alphabetical index. Sometime after I was forced to make a hard reset and after I got my phone up and running again it had it. I'd rather not have it, although I guess I've already gotten used to it.

I guess this kinda thing should be a toggle, since it's sort of a matter of preferance.

40 Something. Can't remember the exact number.

One you cross this number, there is no way to reverse it unless you uninstall apps.

45 is the magic number

Nope, that won't do it. Once there, the list will remain if you remove apps to under 45.

Only way to get rid of it is to uninstall apps and then hard reset.

46 is the number. 45 is the max without the jumplist.
