Facebook sync issues in People hub

Has anyone else having issues with syncing with Facebook in the People hub - What's new screen?

I uninstalled the Facebook app because I actually like the People Hub version, mainly because it's so clean and simple, no spam, just my friends. But I've noticed that it is painfully slow now for syncing. Even posting updates on the Me section, doesn't always work.

Actually now that I think about it, even the W8 People app is painfully slow.

I find that the people hub is always short on what my friends are actual y posting and liking. Plus you can like individual comments and share items(Facebook beta)

I would honestly love for people hub to add these features but I really doubt that will happen, especially with the development time they've recently put on the new app

I found changing my friends to close friends on FB give me updates to the Me hub.
