Downloading over Mobile Network with WiFi turned on? :/

So I just noticed this last night, but now when I download an app, game or anything, it will say that it is downloading over Mobile Network, even though I always have my WiFi turned on. I have a Lumia 920, running the GDR3 developer preview. So weird hahah. Any help would be awesome!

Alright, I'll just go ahead and proceed with answering my own questions. Lmao I apparently had static IP turned on with an invalid static IP this also explains why my phone was running hotter than usual. Ahhhhh. *face palm*
