Is it possible that WindowsPhone will be implementing a load-wallet system for purchasing of apps?

It would be quite beneficial for people who don't own a credit card, like myself... :)

It's possible, just that they're quite slow in negotiating with carriers.

I'm sorry, I'm quite new to Windows Phone :), but what are Windows Store Cards? :)

Availability will depend on Region, though. Where are you from?

Oh I see, so it's like a top-up load for credits
I'm from the Philippines, unfortunately I do not know any stores that sell these sort of Cards :(... hmmm oh well

(How did I not notice you're from the Philippines?)

There's an alternate recourse. You could set up a Bing Rewards account. Just remember to change the region of your Microsoft Account.

(It's an alternate method to gain store credit - and the best part is it's free!)
