Xbox Music Pass Not Working?

Anyone else having issues right now I have a one year subscription but its not working on the new windows phone app or the old music video hub. I sign in and it says I have the pass but its only streaming the 30 second clips. I have uninstalled the app and reinstalled and still getting the same issues anyone else having issues with the Xbox music pass right now?

The Xbox music app has some bugs, sometime I am signed in and it ill tell me I need to purchase a music pass which I already have.

still not working at all I even tried calling Microsoft and no luck
