[SOLVED] Phone Notebook Different than OneDrive

I have Office 2013 on my Windows 8.1 PC and I have a Lumia 928 with Windows Phone 8.1. I do not understand why OneNote is different on the phone than on the PC. I have spent a couple of hours searching and just getting frustrated at this point.

When I open OneNote on my phone there is:

Ted's Notebook (Phone)
Ted's Notebook (OneDrive)

The one that says Phone can only be seen on the phone. I cannot figure out how to get that notebook to show up in OneDrive/OneNote.

Ok, good thing I didn't have any important notes in there.

I opened the notebook "Ted's Notebook (Phone)" and deleted all the notes. Then opened "Ted's Notebook (OneDrive)" and set Quick Notes as default. Now I finally have the same note on all my devices.
