Hello, I just noticed my Windows Phone was set to the 25th June, so I changed it to the 26th June and opened Twitter and it is saying all the tweets on my timeline where posted 1 day ago, when in fact they where probably posted a few seconds ago.
I have soft reset my phone and nothing changed, also the time is correct, I also uninstalled Twitter and that did nothing.

Dumb question, have you tried scrolling up in the app?

That's weird, I'm not entirely sure what to tell you.

This is exactly my problem! All new tweets are timed 11 hours ago. I guess it's following Eastern US time while I'm here in Manila. And I can't even uninstall Twitter to fix it.
