I would really love to see some sort of dock for the Focus. I really miss being able to have my phone propped up at my desk and have it charging. Inclusion of a 3.5mm plug in there would be excellent as well.

HTC HD7

Speaking for myself: I would say a larger selection of case styles/colors; and a sleek looking cradle/docking station that can accommodate your cases along with good support at the back so that it doesn't rely on the connectors for stability.

Speaking for my wife: PINK  . She really likes my black Innocase II Surface, but not having it in pink was a deal breaker. Maybe a purple one (at the right price ;) ;) ) would change her mind. :D

I very much want a cradle. Unfortunately the non standardized position of the USB ports makes that unlikely for any but the most popular phones. Even then the Focus having it on top makes it harder too.

Micro SD card and some awesome cases for Samsung focus

I have got a Samsung focus as soon as WP7 came out and so far I am very happy with my device except for few glitches that makes me restart my device every now and then when I scroll too fast in the Marketplace. Apart from that, I am very happy with my device and WP7 in general and hope all these glitches are fixed very soon.

The two big things I really need for my phone are-

1. Support for MicroSD cards: This is really crucial as my phone is fast filling up with my lots of apps, games, one notes, pictures, videos from bitbop, etc, etc.,

2. Samsung cases: I see some really cool cases for iPhone and other Android devices. I want to see vendors jump on WP7 devices as well and come up with some good variety for us to choose from.

Here are some cool cases that I want to see for my Samsung Focus-

Car cradle for Samsung Focus

I would like to see a good car mount with car power adapter for the Samsung Focus so that we can use it for turn-by-turn GPS. We just got a free turn-by-turn app in the marketplace, so this makes total sense to me.

I am sick and tired of Apple controlling people's minds. Why exactly does my phone have to be thin? Because the iPhone ads claim that it is the thinnest phone in the world? Does anybody see the number of auxiliary power solutions for the iPhone? Why should all of these solutions be necessary? Apparently, Apple's design philosophy is that users should not have to think about things like multi-tasking and it should just be intuitive. Wouldn't it be nice if I didn't have to think of charging my phone during the day? Now I shall jump off my soap box.

I loved the extended battery on my Treo 650 2400 mAh (if I am not mistaken) with its bulky cover which made it easy to hold and lifted the speakerphone away from the flat surface it was placed on so it could be heard loud and clear and also allowed the ringer to come through loud and clear!

Guess what I am asking for.... a bit fat extended battery for my LG Quantum. Big backside included! To paraphrase Freddie Mercury - Fat Bottomed Phones you make the rockin' world go round!!!

I am a huge sucker for docks/cradles. I would love to see one for Windows Phones. Maybe even with an extra slot for charging that secondary battery sans phone?

I second an IR option for the phones that can homebrew Logitech Harmony apps. That would be crazy fun but at the same time not something I HAVE to have. Thus far it would appear everything I personally would need does indeed exist :) Software on the other hand...that's another thread.

Seidio case future roadmap - two suggestions

I've used a Seidio clip in the past and really liked it. And now that phones do so much more I'd love to see the Seidio clip do much more.

Two main things really:
1. I'd like to see the case be a battery based charging system. It's OK if it's a little think and the weigh of it is on my belt. Not too thick, but enough battery to juice it up for a long weekend.
2. And for when it's not on my belt, I'd lvoe to see the thing have a nice simple kickstand for landscape viewing on a plane with headphones, or in my hotel room (the ones you sometimes get with no cable and no on-demand; perfect for some NetFlix action or a downloaded Zune movie.

Keep up the strong design and keep it low-key fashionable,
Mark

This case is exactly what I'm looking for. The over priced cases in the AT&T store are just ridiculous (the price is ridiculous, not the cases).

What I want

I would like a car mount for my Windows Phone for when I use my GPS. In addition, an extended battery through the micro usb would be nice.

Wireless charging

The prospect of simply placing my phone on a surface or in a specific area and having it automatically start charging wirelessly would be awesome. With all of the wireless technologies we have going, the biggest hassle is to have to plug my phone in to charge it.

Having the receiver built into the phone itself would be best, but if it could somehow be integrated into a case, i.e. the Seidio case, then I would love that just much. A simple charging pad on my nightstand or one that I can plug into the car would make it easy to charge on the road at at home. This would work great in a car GPS mount too. Why isn't something like this more popular? Oh, and you've gotta make it affordable. I'm not going to pay through the nose for this, no matter how cool it is.

One disaapointment with wp7 phones

I am disappointed that WP7 phones do not have an accessory port.

I had several HP/Compaq iPaqs and the best feature on those PDAs was the accessory port and the one of the best features of the iPhone is also the accessory port.

Now, it may be that Apple has a lock on these patents, but then I see the Motorola Atrix and again, I see the value of the accessory port.

This is one aspect that I believe which is missing and makes it difficult to have docking stations or additoinal adapters for the phone. I am sure something could probably be done via USB or bluetooth but both suck battery while the Apple port allows access and charging all in one.

I have a rubber skin right now and a screen protector and I am very happy. Because I had the iPaq for so long and because it was designed to fit many devices in the way it would designed to hold the ipaq, I have an awesome way to use my phone in my car. The only thing missing is a decent GPS application. I still use my TomTom until my phone is good enough to replace it.

I believe that WP7 is exciting but frustrating in how long updates are taking and i believe a lot of use will be frustrated when WP8 devices show up.

Would love to see a car dock with charging and aux built in.
so i can charge my focus and use my car speakers for music and speaker phone.

all the universal docks out there now, press on the camera button, and that's annoying.

Inductive charging backs for me. Being able to sync my Focus wirelessly is great; still having to plug in for power really drags the experience down. Ideally, the OS would recognize when the phone is charging inductively so that it would turn on WiFi and look for the home network, making the home charge and sync experience as easy as dropping the phone on a charging mat. In the mean time, it would be pretty trivial to have the charging back have a slim plug for the microUSB port. Obviously this would be beyond the scope of many manufacturers, but I'd quickly jump on this, especially if there was an option for a higher capacity back. Seidio makes a higher capacity battery; I wonder if they'd be up to the task.
