I have a never option on my AT&T Lumia 920 and on my T-Mobile Lumia 521.

That is interesting...I just checked the options on a 920 (ATT) my colleague is using and there was no "never" option but there was "1 hour." I was unaware that this setting wasn't consistent from software version to version.
May I ask why you want the screen to stay on indefinitely?

I don't use the never option, I'm not sure what other people use it for.

consensus seems to be that Verizon will fix this in the upcoming software update rumored to be in june/july timeframe.

Is there a way to see how long a call lasted after it has finished, on a Nokia Lumia 928? I'd like access a call history with times.
