I read on Mary Jo Foley's blog that it looks like the tap-to-snap capability of taking pictures has been removed on the 1020. Can you tell if that's actually the case? I actually use the ability to focus and snap the pictures via the screen much more often than I use the actual button. The button allows a general focus across the entire field of view in my Lumia 920, but when you tap on a particular area of the screen the camera focuses on that and then takes the picture. This has allowed me to make sure the picture focuses the right depth when the field of view may have items that are close vs items that are far. And it's much quicker. If that feature has given way to the slider wheels, or whatever they are calling them, on the 1020, it actually might cause me to rethink purchasing the 1020 to replace my 920.
