Losing pictures/video

I took a bunch of pictures this past weekend a few videos. about half way though it stopped saving pictures or videos, I did not realize this till later.

Also, I now have random pictures turned blank. Says there is no picture there anymore. I have not downloaded any new apps or done anything out of the ordinary.

Strange? And if you try it again now, are photos/videos saved correctly ?

yes, photos/videos are saving correctly now. However I have 3 blank pictures, where there was a picture before. I can goto my skydrive and see the picture that now is no longer on my phone. Really odd.

I talked to AT&T and they are sending me a new phone, warranty up in Nov so I was still covered.
