Ringtone/Voice cant get voice off 1020

I have just bought the new Nokia Lumia 1020 & set ringtone to my incoming calls, but it now rings once then a voice comes on saying " Incoming call from......" how do I remove this voice? I have tried the speech option but it only shows for text messages but it is off. Can Somebody Please help me out????

Settings >> ease of access >> Set Speech for phone accessibility to Off

I got the 920 and live in America, under my Ease of Access menu I only have Text Size, High Contrast, Screen Magnifier, TTY/TDD and Teleciol. Nothing in my phone has a setting for the ring voice.
