do you feel lags after upgrading to GDR3?

it's not that serious but sometimes the animation of the flying tiles when you open
an app from the start screen lags a bit.
its really not that serious and happens once a while.

but i don't think it happened before without the update.

do you notice any lags or hiccups after upgrading? do you feel performance is better?

Performance is better but more optimizations are needed. I know what you're talking about, because its due to background tasks being performed. Especially if you have alot and they're updating at the same time.
