Horizontal lines on my Lumia 520.

I recently bought a Lumia 520 about 2 weeks ago. it was actually came from Italy and
I'm residing now in the Philippines.(which i can't access my warranty services)
Here's the story, yesterday when i'm watching a video on Youtube the Horizontal lines
just appeared on my screen, i thought it was only on the video itself but when i went to my
homescreen the lines are still there. Just don't know what to do. any comment are much appreciated.
FYI: i been taking my phone carefully, i never dropped it or anything like that.

Did you try a soft reset? If your phone boot up from the start and displaying the Windows Screen before getting the Main menu, does that show normal without lines? If that is showing with lines aswell, then you have a faulty device. If there is no lines. Try a hardware reset and see how things go.
