sd problem lumia 1520

just changed my lumia 1520 cause of an sd card issue and the new one has the same problem I tried 16gb class 10 and the phone doesn't recognize it I tried the 32gb class 4 same issue don't know whats the problem?really disappointed

I bought 3 sd card transcend class 4 32 gb, also tried pny 16gb class10,kingston 32 class 4 and 10 still the same problem I formatted all the cards in all formats .nothing changed I went to nokia they gave me a brand new phone which turned out to have the same issue.the funny thing is that u cannot talk or mail any nokia company global support as it looks like the phone got a problem.thanks
