UK black update, data speed problems.

Has anyone found their data download speeds have been trashed after the black update. My speeds have dropped from 10-17mbs to under 1mbs. I'm with 3, phone is usually 4bars h+ at home but I've been lucky to get 3g this week

Not sure what is going on, getting speeds of 30mbs this morning Not complaining, but my phone is only showing 4 bars of h, usually I wouldn't even get that with full h+ signal.

The bars for signal don't actually mean anything, there is no standard or measurement as to what a "bar" is.

3 have been having speed issues for as long as I can remember.

They're usually fairly steady where we are, can get a good h+ signal, but I can see the transmitter from our house.
I know they have a lot of very disgruntled customers with signal outages for days, but further down south from us.
