Finally i bought Lumia 720 on 6th february.
now i m getting a problem in my phone that it crashes suddenly and get restarts.
it crashed approx 10 times in 10 days.
i dont know what problem my phone have.
one thing i should mention here is that my phone have only 1.5 gb left.
please tell me why so much crashes?
should i reset my phone.
if yes hard or soft?
and how it is to be done?

First update your phone for black update. Then do a hard reset by going into settings-->about.

After that the problem should disappear. In case it doesn't contact nokia care ASAP

You better do the hard reset after updating the phone via air.

i already did update to black.
just wants to make sure , after hard reset what will i loss? ....if anything i lose i can get from internet free again ?

After hard reset you will lose your apps and their data. But you can install the apps again, even the purchased apps from store without any charge. You wont lose any contact and shall come back as soon as you type your live id. All pics, videos, music will be lost along with maps if downloaded. So copy your music, video and pics to any computer first. And then do the reset.

so i will not lost anything.
ok just another suggestion i wants to ask that how many apps i should install in 720.
how many apps u have in urs? i think i have too many apps but no games (just a chess)
but i dont know which one i should delete , bcoz i like everyone and all seems important for me

I have around 22 extra apps + default apps. Along with that I have 6 games with one being asphalt 8: airborne which itself is a 820 mb download :-) ... Dont worry about apps , system takes care itself. Just go into settings, swipe right and click on background tasks. Delimit the apps for which you don't want background syncing

You wont loose anything from the memory card. Also you can bakc up text messages to your Microsoft account. You can get them back via purchase history easily by selecting to installing them from a web browser (internet should be on on your phone)

Do hard reset as others suggested. I had similar problems, now they disappeared. I don't think there is a limit for number of apps unless your memory doesn't end, I had 60+ when I backed up before hard reset))
