    MY Lumia 1020 stop syncing my MS Account several weeks ago. I use multifactor and enabled an app password correctly. But I was poking around in settings and noticed that it would not sync... I tried to force it, I created a new app password with no help. Now I am only prompted for the password and cannot change settings at all...

    I think I changed the server incorrectly

    I had this issue with my 1520 last week.

    From what I understand, it's an issue with SMS backup. Go to texts > settings > backup . then disable it. restart the phone. see if it will let it sync. You may have to turn it on and off, but eventually it will fix.
