I was just playing music with my 1520 with the phone in sleep mode then suddenly the capacitive buttons doesn't work. The buttons still lit up though.
I wasn't able to use the Recovery tool because I sent it to a service shop where I bought my phone. 'Service warranty' as they say.

Anyone experienced this? Is this a software or hardware issue? The buttons still lit up.

Thanks in advance. I miss my red 1520.

There are always defective phones in any group. You just got a bit unlucky. At least you have warranty and you'll hopefully get it back soon. :)
