[solved] windows key vibration is lost after updrade to 8.1

Good Morning,

i have L620 , i updraded it to Windows Phone 8.1 Preview for Developers with success, but i had a probleme with the store, in some threads in this forum i read that if i reset my phone the store will get to his normal stat, but when i reset it, I've realized that the option "windows key vibration" in "touch" "setting" is lost,

what should i do to get it back?
