Hello-switching from Android to Lumia 521-what to know?

Hello I am going to be switching to wp 8 and the Nokia lumia 521 I am coming from Android is there anything that i would need to know?

Thanks everyone Yeah I have been a long time Android user but due to financial problems and other things i knew that I couldn't find a cheap enough Android device that would be half decent so I looked into wp and found that it's a pretty good os on these lower end phones which I am glad and I haven't yet switched yet i am liking what i am seeing and hearing now is there anything like rooting or hacking for wp 8

There's no need for rooting or any of that nonsense on WP8. If you're bored, go to a park. Don't spend your time fooling around with a phone, enjoy life.
