can't send pics via mms through StraightTalk

My daughter's phone has worked well with Straighttalk, but she recently discovered she can't send or receive pics via text messaging.. We haven't changed any settings on our end, and internet surfing works fine..

The settings are:
MMS APN:
APN: tfdata
User Name: blank
Password: blank
WAP gateway (URL): blank
WAP gateway port: blank
MMSC (URL): http://mms-tf.net/
MMSC port: 80
Maximum MMS Size: blank

More info (for some reason, EDIT POST didn't work):

If she sends a text with a pic, it eventually errors out with "Can't send message Try Again?"
If I send her a picture, it says "New Message Getting media content... (880K)", but then never actually downloads anything

I tried the new settings, but pics still don't seem to go through. You get the 'new text' sound/vibrate, it says "new message, get media content now".. When you click on it, it says "getting media content", but it never does..
If you try to send a pic, it says "can't send message, try again"
