    Are you running the Preview for Developers? If so, you'll need to downgrade to WP8 using the Nokia Software Recovery Tool before you'll be able to install Cyan. Microsoft: Windows Phone 8.1 Preview for Developer users should return to normal software before Lumia Cyan | Windows Phone Central

    Error Code 80070008 is Low Storage Issue..
    That you dont have sufficient space in your phone.
    Clear some memory. Make sure you have atleast 2 to 2.5 GB of free space in your phone memory
    Then try to update. You will get it
