Lumia 928 and Jawbone not working

I bought a Lumia 928 last summer. My Bluetooth Jawbone ear piece is totally useless. The volume is stuck on the lowest setting possible. Because I use the jawbone for work, I had to deactivate the phone, and go back to me Droid. No one at Verizon had a fix for this problem. I read other posts on-line of others complaining of the same problem with the 928 and previous models. Just wonder if Nokia has addressed this problem or not. Tried of looking at my Lumia 928 just laying there in the box it came in.
