90% of My Programs Will Not Open

For whatever reason, hardly any of my apps will open. If I uninstall, they won't reinstall. Says attention required and to check the phone for an update. Any suggestions? This started after updating access point and network.

Also, none of my settings work under system. Clicking on an item brings me back to the list. Something is hosed.

Did you try a soft reset. Sometimes this helps.

Hopefully more advanced users will have more suggestions for you.
