Not able to sign in

Yesterday I updated my phone to Denim after update I went to download apps but found that store asked me to sign in with my current Microsoft account. After entering password it gives me this error

The "E" in the top bar is EDGE? As in slow connection?

​But I've been having all sorts of troubles signing into many MS accounts/devices/services today. So it may be just worth waiting and trying later.

Ya its 2G my carrier don't support 3G
