delay of lumia DENIM update for NOKIA LUMIA 820 in India

I use nokia lumia 820 India. Guys can anyone please tell me maximum of how many days will it take for OTA updates to reach across all users/phones for DENIM update.
I still did not get the denim update, when I search for updates it always shows your phone is up to date. Some other NL820 users in India have same problem like me. Its been 10 days DENIM update have been released in India.
I got CYAN update on the date of release itself but now this DENIM update is taking too long.
My phone details:
Build ID: 3051.50009.1424.10362
Firmware: 3051.50009.1424.0002
Os version: 8.10.12393.890

Can any one Please help me to update to DENIM via OTA updates.

TBH, Denim itself doesn't bring much to the x20 phones. (other than the 1520)

I'd just sign up for the Preview for Developers and use that to upgrade to the latest version of Windows Phone. Lumia Cyan firmware works just fine with it.

We need it for some features like live folders, cortana, upgraded IE and performance improvements. I know that the camera and other updates have nothing to do with DENIM update for 20series Lumia. But only for some performance improvements.

That isn't Lumia Denim, that is Windows Phone 8.1 Update 1 you're talking about, which is available in the Preview for Developers. Lumia Denim for your model makes, to the best of our knowledge, no discernable change.

820in India has got the Lumia denim update long back. If you are on preview for developers uncheck the box and check for updates. You ll get the update

No I am not on preview for developers but still I did not get the Lumia Denim/ 8.1 update1.
That's why I want to know about the reason for delay

Use lumia software recovery tool, back up ur data first , coz it will all be formatted, you can restore it while setting up the phone again

What is your product code, maybe your 820 isn't a India variant?

It's not an Indian variant. But I set the region in phone to India. I got CYAN update correctly on the same day of release in India. Only now I am not getting the Denim update.

Thats dumb, if it's not indian country variant then how can you expect to get denim as per indian availability!! , where's your phone from ? (origin) ?

May be hongkong. I got Cyan update as per Indian release date. Even my phone shows Indian firmware number
