How can I get my Nokia Lumia 820 from vibrating so much?

Nokia Lumia 820 touch screen and vibration problem

Had my phone robbed a few weeks ago, so bought a second hand Lumia 820 to last me till my upgrade. Guy said it works but vibrates every now and then, so I thought nothing to it. However now that I got the phone it seems unusable. The vibration happens every 10s or so. Because of this the touch screen is very slow and unresponsive and just makes it unusable as I cant type or anything. I managed to get it to the home screen and when it vibrates, it zooms out of the screen (like if you press the windows button I think?) but I can't seem to fix it. Is it a hardware or software problems and does anyone have any solutions?

You can download Nokia software updater for retail with a crack from the net,then connect your phone via USB,it will auto recognize the phone and start downloading the latest update after your approval.
Just install it,it should fix this error.However,your stuff will go,so don't forget to back it up before hand.the update just takes about 10mins to install once downloaded.
