My Lumia 1320 recently update in to Cyan, how do I get Denim?

Hi, I have lumia 1320 and recently update in to Cyan!

Now as i know that Denim is available for my phone, i can't update it as it say "Your phone is up to date!" can u help? i'm from iran and my manufecturer name is rm-994_im_mea3_1131..

We actual need to know what your "mobile operator" is.
So check what it is and then use below link to find which variant it is.

If your mobile operator is something
Like 000-88 then there is now way to see in above link if the update is available.

tnx for your answer yeah i forgot to say that my mobile operator is 000-88
and as i say i updated my phone to lumia cyan
but even it has more that 1G free storage, it cannot find new updates...

Welcome to Winows Central Andrea,

The not finding the Denim update for your phone could have the following reason.
1 You are on preview for developer and if so unmark the box in the app and look for updates again.
2 Maybe for the worldwide version the update is not released yet.
3 you actual are on Denim but due a (known) bug your phone shows CYAN, what is your OS version and firmware version.
4 ?

What you also could de is download the Windows Software Recovery Tool and connect your phone to it. The tool will then indicate if there is an update.

And if there is an update you could update your phone but be aware that this method will erase all data from your phone.

thanks for the answer
i think 3rd reason that you mentioned is my problem
because i can create live folders :|
my OS version is 8.10.14234.375 and firmware version is 3058.50000.1424.0002
but i cannot say that it's Denim!
as you know in Denim you can check your ram in extras+info and use a photo as the background of the tiles and even see weather casts in glance screen, but these are not available yet :/
