Microsoft Lumia 535..My phone contacts are showing in my wife's 535, how and why is this happening?

Microsoft Lumia 535...My phone contacts are showing in my wife's 535

We bought two 535 smart phones and if I add a phone contact it shows in hers and vice versa, how can we prevent this and delete or add just to our own phones?..Thanks..Alan

Are both phones signed in with the same Microsoft account?

Yep... same Microsoft Account on two phones means more than just sharing App purchases. It shares EVERYTHING. Now she can see all you do as much as she wants and vice versa. Contacts, SMS history, Email, Calendar, etc.

Reset one phone and add a different Microsoft Account during the setup.
